Have control of a healthy lifestyle

In a perfect world we would all eat the right foods, exercise, sleeping well and generally enjoy life.

In the real world most of us manage a percentage of healthy living and getting by as best we can with the rest.

Part of the problem is to think of it, especially through the media, you should do everything possible to support a healthy lifestyle, all the time. For most of us it is not possible.

Constant worry about what should or not cause our stress to increase and that negates any good work we have done. Yes, yes, we should try to live a healthy life, but the two words "moderation" and "balance" are. Applying these criteria to a healthy lifestyle that we can not avoid hitting another plan or a waiver of the last years to achieve.
